Rhododendron Vereiya (tropical species)

A shade-loving plant with varieties ranging in height from 1mtr -5mtrs.Peak flowering period is between late September through to Christmas.Acid loving thus preferring rich humus soils with peat & cow manure content. Avoid blue & yellow flowering species for the Sydney basin,these colours generally prefer colder climates.        200mm pot - $22.00. Larger sizes available.

Tibouchina or Lasiandra( as previously known) are sub - tropical plants thriving over Sydney Summer periods displaying an abundance of large purple flowers between Feb - April.The variety Jewels is a dwarf plant reaching a height of 1mtr, whilst others will grow between 2 -4 mtrs.
